Participation Guidelines
In order to give everyone the greatest benefit at the in-person training, we ask you to please comply with these guidelines, which we have learned through experience make for the best experience for everyone.
***Please send an email to janelle@holisticcoach.org confirming that you have received and you understand these guidelines***
- Please be on time and be present. Arrange your life so you can be free of distractions during the training. Please don’t attempt to manage your business or family during the program.
- Please do not bring electronic devices into the meeting space (laptops/tablets/smartphones/cameras). We will provide you with a pen and notebook to take notes if you wish. (Or feel free to bring your own.)
- Dress is comfortable and casual.
- Please refrain from using products containing perfumes and scents, including essential oils. Some people have sensitivities to fragrances, and we want to be considerate of everyone.
- To maintain your focus on the training, use of alcohol or recreational drugs is prohibited during the program, at the retreat center or if you go out.
- Please refrain from behaviors that seek to set up romantic or sexual interactions, as this may be considered harassment, and a distraction from our purpose.
- Please do not offer psychic or card readings or any other form of esoteric guidance to other students. While such methods can be helpful, this program is about empowering clients to look within for answers, and we ask that you focus on practicing your coaching skills rather than giving advice.
- Upon arrival you will be asked to sign a brief liability waiver affirming that you understand the nature of the program and you accept responsibility for your experience.
Thank you in advance for your conscious cooperation.
Your support with these practices will make the program more meaningful and successful for everyone!
