Unless you instruct us otherwise, or we receive your payment in advance, our office will automatically charge the credit card with which you paid your deposit on November 1 for the balance of the tuition. At that time, all payments are non-refundable.

If your final tuition payment is not made by November 1, 2023, we reserve the right to cancel your registration for this start date.
After November 1, 2023, all tuition payments are non-refundable.
After January 1, 2024, the accommodation and meal payment is non-refundable.
Tuition payments are transferrable for up to two start dates, for example, if you have to postpone your participation, you will be given the opportunity to enroll in one of the next two start dates – typically September and January. After that time, the payment will be forfeited.
